The metal roof on this barn in Pensacola was in serious need of replacement. Significant rot and other damage was revealed after we stripped the old metal roof off, along with spray foam insulation, so we had to painstakingly remove every piece while making sure the interior of the structure remained as clean as possible.
We replaced over 20 2×6 trusses and about 80 sheets of decking, then installed new fascia metal and soffits all the way around the barn along with vinyl work on the second story exterior walls. Finally, we installed Atlas Summit 60 underlayment, new eve metal and fascia board, followed by Atlas Pinnacle Pristine asphalt shingles in Copper Canyon
