We put a new roof on this mobile home in Gulf Breeze that we were hired to help restore for a sweet retired couple from out of town. We replaced several sheets of rotten and damaged roof decking and trusses, then renailed the rest of the existing decking as per Florida Roofing Code. We then laid down Atlas Summit 60 Synthetic Underlayment followed by Pinnacle Pristine asphalt shingles.
