This 115 year old home on Pensacola’s historic La Rua Street received a much needed roof and soffit replacement! It was originally roofed with 2 by 6” cedar planks, which we replaced with 10 sheets of modern roof decking. We also reflashed the chimney and replaced 48 feet of 1 by 6” fascia board before installing Atlas Summit 60 underlayment and Pinnacle Pristine asphalt shingles in Black Shadow color.
