This brick home in Pensacola’s beautiful Marcus Pointe neighborhood received a new roof and skylights. We replaced the chimney flashing and any necessary roof decking that had been damaged, renailed the existing and undamaged decking, then layed down our preferred Atlas Summit 60 underlayment. After drying the roof in and replacing the drip edge, we shingled it with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in Morning Harvest.
