This brick home received a much needed roofing update. We replaced some decking that was no good, covering the old ventilation elements to make it more efficient. After renailing the remaining undamaged roof decking, we laid down our preferred Atlas Summit 60 underlayment, replaced the chimney flashing, then shingled the roof with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine asphalt shingles in Morning Harvest color.
